They've dealt with a lot of issues the last couple of months, so Kim Kardashian and Kanye West decided to maybe start things over now on a happier note-a celebration in honor of their son Saint's first birthday.

Their boy, who turns one on Dec. 5, was celebrated in a low-key bash Wednesday night, Nov. 30, the same night his father was released from UCLA Medical Center, where he's been hospitalized for just over a week for exhaustion.

According to People, the celebration was documented on Snapchat by three of his aunts-Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian, as well as Kylie Jenner-who all shared photos of a room filled with silver and blue balloons.

The party did coincide with West's release from the hospital, which happened shortly after the rest of the dates for his Saint Pablo tour were canceled, and after he had gone on a series of rants at previous shows. The situation also came about a month-and-a-half after his wife was held at gunpoint and robbed of $10 million in jewelry in Paris back in early October.

Prior to her husband's hospitalization. Kardashian has been scheduled to make her first public appearance since her attack at an event honoring her father, Robert Kardashian, in New York, but she canceled her appearance and flew back from New York to L.A. after learning of her husband's struggles. She then stayed by his side at the hospital as he recovered.

There had been rumors during West's hospitalization that the ordeal in Paris, which occurred around the same time as the anniversary of his mother's death, helped trigger his exhaustion, as he allegedly became extremely paranoid following his wife's ordeal, and would often stay up all night as a result. Kardashian's hesitance to make public appearances, including being backstage during his tour, also allegedly caused the couple to fight, something that was also attributed to his condition.
