Things are far from settling down when it comes to Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's ongoing battle for custody of their six children.

After a temporary custody arrangement, which revealed that Pitt's visitation was determined by a therapist and that he was required to take four drug tests every month was leaked, Pitt made a move to have all proceedings sealed to keep more of their private battle from being given a public forum. However, his request was denied by a judge, meaning that the push to keep the arrangements concerning their children-Maddox, 15, Pax, 13, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10 and Knox and Vivienne, 8-will remain accessible.

However, according to US Weekly, Pitt is still continuing a push to keep things private, and new hearing to have the entire case sealed has been set for January 17.

Pitt claimed to want to keep the battle private because he believed it to be in their children's best interests, but Jolie allegedly wanted it on the legal record because Pitt has allegedly strayed from the terms of the agreement in multiple ways, with attempts at increased numbers of visits with the kids, trying to change the locations of visits, and trying to include another therapist, and she wants him to work on "healing the relationship with the children," but within the guidelines that they previously agreed to in the original paperwork.

That paperwork was filed while Pitt was still being investigated for alleged child abuse after an altercation with Maddox on a family flight, but he has since been cleared of all allegations.

However, in a new twist, TMZ reports that Jolie has requested Pitt work with her to find a new specialist to help them and their children deal with the alleged "trauma" of what happened on that flight.

The website quotes an email from Jolie's attorney, which requests they "participate in joint sessions with a trauma specialist so that they may learn how to best support and interact with their children," because she believes the kids are traumatized by what they witnessed on the plane, and the therapy they've been undergoing isn't helping.

Most specifically, it appears Maddox and Pax are having the toughest time with things, and reportedly don't want to visit with their father at all, walking out of one session and refusing to attend others.
