As we are quickly approaching towards the start of Mobile World Congress (MWC) at the end of this month, a new set of images has leaked out showing what's supposed to be the 'Lenovo Yoga 720', a follow-up to last year's Yoga 710. The upcoming convertible will be powered by Nvidia GTX 1050 graphics card, which was unveiled at CES this year.

The images of leaked Lenovo Yoga 720 is coming from the courtesy of Italian blog Notebook Italia, we also get a look at some potential specs that might be expected in the convertible launches.

According to the report, the Lenovo Yoga 720 will be available in 2 size variants: first is of 13.3 inches and other will be of 15.6 inches. This means that the 11-inch and 14-inch varieties seen with the Lenovo Yoga 720 won't be making a return in the upcoming convertible.

Additionally, you will be able to pick one up in Platinum Silver, Iron Grey, or Rose Gold color variants. However, the Lenovo Yoga 720's body will look very similar to the Yoga 710, only with the addition of a fingerprint reader beside the trackpad.

Lenovo Yoga 720's inside will offer up to an Intel Core i5-7200U on the 13-inch model, and up to an Intel Core i7-7700HQ on the 15.6-inch model. RAM will be available in either 8GB or 16GB, while SSD storage will be 256GB or 512GB.

The 15-inch model of the Lenovo Yoga 720 will also be available with NVIDIA's GeForce GTX 1050 graphics with 2GB of VRAM. In the device, you can also expect USB 3.0, 3.1 and Type-C ports to be on board. Both models will be featuring the FHD resolution displays.

According to MSPowerUser, both size variants models of Lenovo Yoga 720 will feature the Dolby Audio Premium, a JBL sound system and will be running on Windows 10 Home edition.  A 72 watt-hour battery will also be there to power the machine.

Since the Lenovo Yoga 710 launched at MWC 2016, the timing of this particular leak makes sense as Lenovo can also launch its successor, Yoga 720 in this year's MWC. However, the report doesn't make any mention of pricing.
