‘FIFA 17’ News: Leaked Winter Upgrade To Arrive This Week, Affects Hundreds Of Players
“FIFA 17” winter updates will not happen one time, but will likely be split over a series of weeks.
"FIFA 17" winter upgrades are reportedly confirmed to arrive this week. EA Sports have also announced that a series of downgrades for FUT Ultimate Team players will also be rolled out affecting hundreds of players.
Daily Star reported that the "FIFA 17" winter updates will not happen one time, but will likely be split over a series of weeks. Some updates will even happen right up until February 27. Hundreds of players will get their ratings permanently updated in FUT.
However, the same site reported that "FIFA 17" winter update announcement is only available on mobile site and cannot be viewed on a desktop. They were also unable to find the same information when they check on the device. Daily Star concludes that the news may have leaked early.

There were also several leaks suggesting which among the "FIFA 17" players from the Bundesliga, La Liga, Premier League, and Seria A will get big stats boost. The winter upgrade is intended to reflect the player's consistent and excellent real-world performances. "FIFA 17" winter upgrades should not be confused with the One to Watch players update.
According to Ultimate Team, a number of stat boosts have already been leaked. New player cards include Alexis Sanchez of Arsenal, Diego Costa of Chelsea and Philippe Coutinho of Liverpool.
The list of "FIFA 17" players from the Premier League which are expected to receive the winter upgrades are Eden Hazard which tops the list with a score stat of 89, Sanchez 88, Costa and Philippine both got 86, Harry Kane and Christian Eriksen at 85. Click here for the full list of the new stats.
Meanwhile, aside from the "FIFA 17" leaked winter upgrade, the football video game is also reported to be available on Nintendo Switch. However, it is not clear whether it will be the current franchise of a new "FIFA 18."
