The U.S. government is searching for him but has not been able to capture him for the last three years. Moreover, he is no ordinary bomb maker as he is the one who teaches terrorists like ISIS member, how to make a bomb.

It must be mentioned here that the previous episode of the show ended with the cliffhanger that had Alicia Brown holding Dr. Madison Grey under her gun.
