As rumors swirl that Porsha Stewart may be leaving The Real Housewives of Atlanta, a new report stated that the show's producers are trying to sign Love & Hip-Hop Atlanta star Joseline Hernandez to season 6 of Bravo's show.

An "extremely credible" source told Media Takeout that Bravo network executives are secretly trying to sign the former stripper to join NeNe Leakes, Kenya Moore, Phaedra Parks and the other castmates. Housewives returns to Bravo in the fall.

The insider revealed that Hernandez's role will at first be "ancillary," where she will be a part-time cast member. She will be similair to the arrangement for Leakes' friend Marlo, who appeared infrequently during season 4. If the LHHA star's addition works out to increase ratings, she will be brought on as a full-time cast member.

As for why Bravo are considering Hernandez, the insider said executives fear that season 6 may be Leakes' last with the reality show, and they would like to introduce a new cast member who is just as strongly "opinionated" as her.

Rumors began that Stewart may not return to season 6 after Leakes told host Andy Cohen during the TRHOA season 5 reunion special, "We probably need to replace a person."

When Cohen asked Leakes who she had in mind she replied, "No, thank you. I'll talk to you about it at your office." Later, when Bravo aired Watch What Happens Live NeNe One-on-One, Cohena asked Leakes: "Was that Porsha that you were talking about?"  

"Yes, I did feel that Porsha at that time needed to leave the show because there was something," Leakes confessed. "I'm a good judge of character; I've been blessed, child, I've been given a gift - and I kept feeling like Porsha and Kordell were not being real enough."

The statements were made before Kordell Stewart filed for divorce from Porsha on March 22. The reunion special was taped prior to his filing. Since the news went public, Leakes has vocally expressed that she is being supportive to Porsha during her divorce.

Bravo has yet to announce whether or not Porsha will return for season 6 of TRHOA.
