Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck, the Hollywood celebrities who both starred in "Daredevil," have been through several ups and downs in their relationship for the past few years. And now, it seems like the "Alias" actress is ready to file for divorce - or so it seems.

A recent report from Us Magazine has purportedly confirmed that the 44-year-old actress is now ready to file the divorce, more than one year since their separation in June 2015. Both Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck, 44, are still committed to their family despite all the claims, according to one of the sources close to the ex-couple.

Entertainment Tonight, meanwhile, has reported that no official papers have been filed by Garner. The publication's source even went on to state that nothing has changed between Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck since their official announcement about the split.

Both publications' sources, however, have come to the same statement that Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck are maintaining positive appearance in front of their kids: Violet, 11, Seraphina, 8, and Samuel, 4. "They spend so much time working on their relationship - whether it's a friendship or anything - for their kids." ET's source continued.

No official word yet coming either from Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck about the divorce. It is still unclear on whether or not the claims are true, considering that both Hollywood celebrities have reportedly taken several trips together last year, E Online said. With all that in mind, it's best to take the latest reports with a pinch of salt until an official statement has been released by both celebrities.

Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck first met at the set of the 2001 historical, romantic war film, "Pearl Harbor," as reported by Bustle in 2015. Both Garner and Affleck then get reunited in the 2002 Marvel movie for the roles of Elektra and Matt Murdock, also known as the Daredevil, respectively, where they fell in love.
