There have been a lot of speculations and anticipations about the upcoming flagship killer OnePlus 5. Recently, a well-known tipser named Evan Blass revealed a "Never Settle" teaser which made OnePlus' patrons believe that the launch of the upcoming handset from the Chine smartphone maker is just around the corner.

According to Droid Report, Evan Blass has posted on his Twitter account a picture which showcases wallpaper which somewhat seems to be the OnePlus 5. In the said photo Blass had shared, there were written words in bold letters stating 'Never Settle' and in the background, one can perceive molten black lava and some shades of red and orange.

Additionally, it is not just Evan Blass who took Twitter to post some hints about the OnePlus 5. As a matter of fact, Android Police's David Ruddock also posted some piece of information related to OnePlus 5 on his Twitter. Based on the tweet, Ruddock has mentioned that he asked OnePlus' co-founder, Carl Pei; whether the fans of the Chinese tech company could anticipate a 'dark' proclamation sometime soon. Pei in return replied to the Ruddock's tweet with a GIF of wolves whistling at night underneath a full moon.

When it comes with the specs, Indian Express has noted that OnePlus 5 will run on Android 7.0 Nougat as it comes out the box. It was also speculated to boast a dual edged curved display as similar to what Samsung Galaxy S7 smartphone has. The OnePlus 5 could also be equipped with a glass and aluminum body and a USB Type-C for connectivity.

The OnePlus 5 is anticipated to be engineered with Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor that will be paired with an enormous 6 GB of RAM and 64GB internal memory. In addition, OnePlus will reportedly unveil another variant of OnePlus 5 with 128GB internal storage, which can be further expanded up to 256 GB.

As of this moment, OnePlus hasn't confirmed any information about the OnePlus 5 yet. But then, with the above-mentioned indication; it really appears that the release date of the flagship killer is just around the corner.
