"The Flash" Season 4 is set to have a new villain. It is hinted that the upcoming season's next villain is not going to be a speedster.

It can be recalled that the past three seasons of the series had speedster villains. "The Flash" Season 4 is hinted to have a new big bad but this time the villain is not going to be another speedster according to Comic Book.

The new villain for "The Flash" Season 4 is the main one but the show still will have the other speedsters in it. The series is currently running for its third season and the latest villain that has been haunting the Barry (Grant Gustin) and the team.

The supervillain's identity in the latest episode is still a mystery but has been seen killing Iris West (Candice Patton) in the future. It seems that "The Flash" Season 4 is going to find a different route once it kicks off. For now, the characters need to face the challenges in the current season.

In the meantime, Showbiz Junkies reported that the musical crossover of "Supergirl" and "The Flash" is to happen in episode 17 of "The Flash" Season 3. It is hinted that Supergirl will seek the help of Barry and the team when the Music Meister (Darren Criss) attacks Kara (Melissa Benoist) in the upcoming episode.

It is hinted that the 17th episode of "The Flash" Season 3 will have a Supergirl that is in a comma. As team Flash try to help her, the Music Meister then will put a spell on Barry for him to be in a state of coma same as Supergirl.

Meanwhile, Bleeding Cool reported that the casts from the CW/DC were currently on a panel at the annual Pally Center event. There were questions about "The Flash" Season 4. However, the cast members tried to stay away from spoilers but the one thing that was revealed was the supervillain to come in the series' fourth season.
