"Teen Mom 2" Jenelle Evans is fighting a custody battle over Jace with mom Barbara. The case is expected to be settled in May.

Jace is Evan's son with Andrew Lewis who was reported to have never been present in his son's life according to In Touch Weekly. After a reunion in "Teen Mom 2," fans want to know if the custody will be given back to Evan. Currently, the seven-year-old boy's legal guardian is still his grandma, Barbara.

It has been a recurring team in "Teen Mom 2" that Barbara won't give Jace back to his mom. In the previous episode, Evans was seen sobbing backstage as she laments why her mom won't give Jace back to her. She and her fiance David Eason eventually decided to leave the show towing Jace on the side. Technically, Evans has no custody over her own son and she could be legally charged with kidnapping.

As a refresher, Evans has signed a temporary custody in 2010. The "Teen Mom 2" star may not have been ready for motherhood as she is seen pretty much partying. Since then, Jace's mom has graduated from surgical tech program. She also bore two more children, Kaiser and Ensley. In 2015, Evans wants to file custody for Jace.

Evans has had an emotional childhood. In a report by Radar Online, the "Teen Mom 2's" tell-all book shares raw stories that helped shape the woman she is today. "My book will put into perspective how I was brought up and raised. Gives everyone my point of view," she said on social media. She hopes everyone will understand her now.

Evans' book will be released on July 25. Do you think "Teen Mom 2" should be given back the custody of her son, Jace? Tell us what you think. Stay tuned to Enstarz for the latest news and update of your favorite Hollywood stars.
