The wait is nearly over as USA's hit television show Burn Notice is set to return for its seventh and final season on Thursday night.

Michael (Jeffrey Donovan) is set to start off the season broken off from his group, and the current circumstances will have been that way for quite some time, according to Carter Matt.

To top it off, Fiona (Gabriel Anwar) will have moved on from Michael to a new man, which will undoubtedly serve to disappoint fans of the former twosome's relationship.

Fortunately, TV Guide reported that Michael and Fiona loyalists shouldn't expect the worst, as they'll get to see the couple in unison once again in its 100th episode.  The respective installment will track the initial start of the ex-couple's relationship.

While the creative brass of the TV series surely has a game plan on a resolution to the Michael and Fiona relationship, it's still unknown at this time what that outcome will ultimately be.

Burn Notice is set to kick off its seventh season on Thursday, June 6 on the USA network.  Keep checking back for more of the latest details on the TV series.
