Miley Cyrus premiered her new single, We Can't Stop, on June 3 and said that the song is a reflection of where she is in life now, perhaps hinting to her relationship status with fiance Liam Hemsworth.

The 20-year-old singer told on On Air with Ryan Seacrest, on the day of the song's release, that the track's lyrics tell her story to all those speculating about her life.

"Everyone always judges and says what they want, but my fans . . . have really stood by me no matter what I've been through . . . and this is a song that says where I'm at in my life right now," she explained on the radio show. "I'm really happy with my record because I feel like I have so many options for singles. My record is like a movie. It's a story of what I've been going through the past two years."

Cyrus' fourth studio album, a followup to 2010's Can't Be Tamed, will hit stores later this year. In her debut single, the former Disney star sings about partying and living by her own rules.

Lyrics from We Can't Stop include: "We like to party/ Dancing with Miley/ Doing whatever we want/ This is our house/ This is our rules and we can't stop/ And we won't stop."

"Can't you see it's we who own the night/ Can't you see it's we who 'bout that life. We run things, they don't run we/ We won't take nothing from nobody."

Cyrus, 20, and Hemsworth, 23, have been engaged for over a year now after he proposed on June 1, 2012. They met on the set of The Last Song in 2009.

Multiple sources confirmed to Us Weekly earlier in June that the couple have ended their relationship, with one insider saying, "they are definitely over."
