Ryan Edwards Drugs: 'Teen Mom OG' Star Caused Car Accident While High [VIDEO]

Ryan Edwards allegedly caused a car accident years ago.

Following Monday night's Teen Mom OG finale episode, which featured the newly married and rehabbed reality star seemingly swerving while high on some sort of drugs. A report claims the shocking on-screen moment wasn't the first time Edwards has driven recklessly.

According to a crash report obtained by Radar Online on Thursday from the Chattanooga Police Department in Tennessee, Edwards was involved in a head-on collision in December 2014.

"As Edwards entered the area, his vehicle drifted into the westbound lane of travel while he was moving eastbound," the report read. "As Edwards' vehicle entered the westbound lane, [the second driver] did not have time to avoid contact with the front of Edwards' vehicle."

Following the collision, Edwards was taken to the Erlanger Hospital. However, there were no drugs or alcohol found on the scene and Edwards was not tested at the hospital.

During Monday night's episode of the show, Edwards was seen swerving while driving and struggling to keep his eyes on the road.

"Why are you swerving?" his wife Mackenzie Standifer asked.

"My eyes baby in the sunlight I can't keep them open," he explained.

Standifer then turned off the vehicle's camera and asked Edwards if he had taken Xanax.

After the episode, Edwards confirmed he had checked into rehab in May.

"A little over 30 days ago, I made the decision to check myself into a rehabilitation facility," he told MTV. "I am back home now doing well, and life could not be better. Without the support of my wife and parents I would not have been able to do this. Thank you all for your well wishes."
