Supermodel Gigi Hadid pulled off a wardrobe malfunction amazingly at the Anna Sui show at the New York Fashion Week (NWFW). She lost a footwear backstage which didn't hold her back and she confidently rocked the runway, shoeless and flawless.

The 21-year-old Victoria's Secret model wore a gorgeous outfit and stunned the audience with her appearance. The epic wardrobe malfunction was noticed by fans and they posted pictures and videos of her ramp walk on Instagram.

Her sister, Bella, who was another one of the show's star faces, helped Gigi drape her arm around Bella's shoulder to steady herself. For the audience, it was a heartwarming and extremely entertaining moment to watch this fashionable sister act. Both the sisters have been ruling the fashion industry off late and both will be walking the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show this fall.

Such malfunctions have become a common feature at the fashion shows. In September 2016, Bella Hadid lost her footing at the Michael Kors fashion show. In 2013, there was mayhem at the Nina Ricci show at Paris fashion week when British model, Holly May Saker, nonchalantly pushed a topless protester out of the way.

"I punched her. I didn't mean to but she grabbed my arm and I just wanted to get her off me," Saker said at the time. "My Scouseness came out a bit but I wish it had come out a bit more. Thinking about it now I wish I'd pushed them both off the stage because they ruined my favorite show."

The model has also been making news for her affair with the handsome singer, Zayn Malik. The mushy couple has been dominating social media with their cute posts and pictures. Gigi's recent appearance was in a white tank top under a fluffy white jumper, with a yellow bag and a pair of Maje jeans. The name "Zayn" was embroidered in yellow across the left back pocket of her jeans.

The One Direction guy also displayed a new 'love' tattoo across his knuckles, rumoured to have been inked in tribute to his girlfriend of almost two years. They have been setting some serious fashion goals.

Both appeared as the King and Queen of the Millennials on the August cover of Vogue.
