Tyler Baltierra is doing what he can to remain stable as his wife, Teen Mom OG star Catelynn Lowell, seeks treatment for her mental health issues.

Tyler Baltierra Seeks Therapy

Following the reality star's announcement of her suicidal thoughts, a report claims Baltierra has sought therapy of his own in an effort to keep his head on straight.

“Tyler seemed beside himself,” a source close to the couple told Radar Online on Nov. 23. “He already has his next appointment for therapy scheduled. He’s super self aware so I know he’s going to be in therapy a lot.”

According to the report, the reality star's mother-in-law, April, and mother, Kim, have been helpful to Baltierra when it comes to raising his daughter, Novalee Reign, who will turn three years old on January 1.

“April babysits a lot so Tyler can have some time to focus on himself,“ the insider explained. “Their daughter will be okay and well taken care of.”

A Supportive Husband

Although raising his daughter alone in the coming weeks will surely be challenging for Baltierra, he is reportedly focused on his wife's health. He's doing what he can to provide her with the ongoing support she needs.

“He will help her get better and will let her know he isn’t going anywhere. Everything will be okay,” the insider said.

Earlier this month, just before entering treatment, Lowell spoke to Radar Online about her suicidal thoughts and went into detail about the way she intended to take her life.

“I’m taking the time I need right now to take good care of myself," she explained. "On November 17, I thought of every way possible to commit suicide, from wrapping a belt around my neck to just running my car into an electric pole.”

Prior to entering treatment, Lowell and her husband, Baltierra, faced rumors of welcoming a third child together. As fans may have seen, Baltierra spoke to a number of fans and followers on his Twitter page about his desire to have a third child and told one woman that he would like to welcome a baby boy into his family.
