Vanity Fair has released its 2018 Hollywood Issue and some favorite A-list celebrities were chosen to grace the cover! Oprah Winfrey, Tom Hanks, Zendaya, Michael B. Jordan, Gal Gadot, Robert De Niro, and a few other big named entertainers all appear on the cover's 24th annual edition.

Hollywood 2018 & Time's Up

The famous publication has chosen the 12 iconic stars in television and movies and a special cameo from the magazine's former editor, Graydon Carter. Also pictured are Jessica Chastain, Reese Witherspoon, Nicole Kidman, Harrison Ford, Claire Foy, and Michael Shannon. Vanity Fair's pick of the female celebrities may not be a coincidence as some of them have been a guiding force for the Time's Up movement which was launched earlier in January.

Witherspoon and Kidman both star in the hit HBO series Big Little Lies as Madeline Martha Mackenzie and Celeste Wright, respectively. The show is based on the novel by Liane Moriarty which follows the lives of three mothers who deal abuse from their significant others. Both actresses have received critical acclaim for their performances and have also received numerous accolades.

Winfrey, who has been one of the biggest names and supporters of the movement, conducted an interview with other elite women in Hollywood that have suffered some form of harassment or abuse in their life. Winfrey also made history as the first African-American woman to receive the Cecil B. DeMille award at the 2018 Golden Globes.

Zendaya transitioned from Disney star to Hollywood starlet after appearing in the blockbuster films Spiderman: Homecoming and The Greatest Showman. The singer-actress is also set to appear in the animated films Duck, Duck, Goose and Smallfoot.

Foy took on the prestigious role of the young Queen Elizabeth II in the groundbreaking Netflix original show, The Crown. Prior to this Foy starred in several films such as Season of the Witch and Vampire Academy.

Gadot became everyone's favorite "wonder woman," after portraying the titular in the films Wonder Woman and Superman vs. Batman: Dawn of the Justice League.

Gadot, who received the #SeeHer award at the Critics' Choice Awards, reprised her role in the Justice League film and will also star in the sequel to Wonder Woman.

The Men Of 2018

DeNiro, Hanks, Shannon, and Ford are no strangers to tinsel town, as the four actors all have careers spanning over the course of decades. Jordan, however, is one of the "most watched" new actors, having created his own lane with diverse roles and exciting perfomances.

Jordan will be in the upcoming Marvel film Black Panther as one of the film's villians, Killmonger.
