Khloe Kardashian is getting closer to her due date, so she's ironing out the details now — including plans to eat her placenta after giving birth.

The baby will be the 33-year-old reality star's first child with boyfriend Tristan Thompson, 26.

Khloe, Kim Talk Placenta

In the latest episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, the reality star reveals that she'll be eating her own placenta, just like older sister Kim did during her two previous pregnancies.

"I'm going to eat it in pills," Khloe says to Kim.

"My placenta was like double the size, it was really oddly big, so she gave me two jars," Kim recounts, adding that she requested "grape flavor" for when she ate her placenta.

"I really can't deal with that belly button, placenta thing," Khloe responds.

Kim, 37, agrees that the process is "nasty," but the reality star has raved about placentophagy in the past. She got her placenta turned into pills in 2015 via Joni Lucarelli, who is known for doing this for stars post-birth.

"I had great results and felt so energized and didn't have any signs of depression," the wife of Kanye West has previously revealed in her blog. "Every time I take a pill, I feel a surge of energy and feel really healthy and good."

Their eldest sister Kourtney, 38, also ingested her placenta post-pregnancy.

More Plans For Khloe

Sunday's episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians also revealed that Khloe will be giving birth in Cleveland, Ohio where Thomson is currently based with the team Cleveland Cavaliers.

The reality star shares that her NBA beau is extremely excited, adding that Thompson makes the experience more fun for her as well. The basketball pro is hoping for a son — which has already been confirmed by People last year — but Khloe warns him against putting that kind of pressure on her.

While their relationship seems to be going on the right track, the couple has no plans of tying the knot anytime soon.

"I was married before and it didn't do anything for me," she points out. "I'm in a good, healthy relationship."

Khloe was previously married to another NBA player, retired power forward Lamar Odom.

While the gender of Khloe's baby has been leaked beforehand, the next episode of the show will be the big reveal to the reality television family.

Keeping Up With the Kardashians airs every Sunday at 9 p.m.
