Gwen Stefani is currently residing in the Los Angeles home she once shared with her former husband, Gavin Rossdale, and their three kids.

While the No Doubt singer would love to sell the $35-million home, it's only worth about half of that at this point in time, and when it comes to selling the mansion, Rossdale isn't ready to lower the price and close the door on their marriage once and for all.

“Gwen is trapped!” a source told Radar Online on Feb. 27. “You have to hand it to Gavin. He’s worked this out so Gwen has to sleep in the same house where he cheated on her."

Following news of their divorce in mid-2015, an Us Weekly magazine report revealed Rossdale had allegedly been sleeping with the ex-couple's former nanny, Mindy Mann, under Stefani's nose for years. One year later, their Los Angeles home was put on the market and Stefani and Rossdale agreed they would share any profit made on the home.

“Gwen was worth about $75 million before the divorce, but she had to give Gavin half of that. Most of what’s left is tied up in the mansion!” the source said.

Stefani and her sons, including 11-year-old Kingston, 9-year-old Zuma, and 4-year-old Apollo, are currently enjoying the seven-bedroom, 10-bathroom home, which boasts of an infinity pool, movie theater, tennis court, and guesthouse.

While the home is quite stunning, $35 million is reportedly quite steep. Radar Online suggested that $19 million would be a more realistic price. However, while Stefani is willing to drop the listing price substantially, Rossdale is said to be refusing to budge.

“He won’t even consider lowering it by $2 million, and Gwen can’t lower the price without his approval,” the source said. “Gwen is extremely frustrated because she’s ready to buy a new house, but can’t afford to until their house sells!”

As Stefani and Rossdale, who were married for 13 years, continue to battle over their mansion, Stefani's boyfriend of two years, Blake Shelton, is reportedly getting frustrated at Rossdale's stubborn behavior and hopes to see him dragged to court to address the issue.

Stefani began dating Shelton in November 2015, just months after he and his ex-wife, Miranda Lambert, called it quits following four years of marriage.
