Carrie Underwood has been staying under the radar ever since she took a terrible fall outside her home in Nashville, but apparently there's another reason why she's been staying out of the spotlight.

Is Carrie Trying To Hide Her Baby Bump?

Sources close to the country star believe she is gearing up to make a huge announcement, which could be that she and her husband, Mike Fisher, are expanding their family.

That's right! Friends believe that the American Idol alum is pregnant with twins.

"If you know Carrie at all, she's been wanting at least two more kids since she had Isaiah in 2015. Twins would be music to her ears," a source explained.

If the rumors are true, the babies would be Underwood and Fisher's second and third child as they are already parents to a boy, 3-year-old Isaiah Michael.

An insider also suggested that the rumors might be true as the "Somethin' Bad" singer has supposedly put on weight, even though she is usually health-conscious.

"She is eating far more than she ever did last time she was pregnant and craving foods like dark chocolate and Subway veggie sandwiches. Carrie has also been scaling back on sessions with her personal trainer," the insider stated.

Those that follow the 35-year-old singer on Instagram know that she has hardly posted any photos of herself since the accident, so it looks like she could be preparing to make a big reveal like she did when she was pregnant with Isaiah.

Carrie And Mike's Baby Boy

As per reports, Underwood took to Instagram to share a photo of her two dogs, Ace and Penny, back in February 2015.

In the photo, Ace wears a t-shirt that reads "I'm going to be a big brother," while Penny's shirt reads, "I'm going to be a big sister."

"In honor of 'Labor Day,' Ace & Penny would like to make an announcement. Their parents couldn't be happier..." the songwriter captioned the shot.

For now, fans will just have to wait and see if this is how she will make her return.
