The Game showed major love to fellow rapper Kanye West on the birth of his first child in June.

"One time for North West," he said in an interview with Rap Up published on July 2. "Kanye I'm going to get you a cigar man."

He continued, "Fatherhood is beautiful, enjoy it man. A baby girl is nothing but a blessing. I had two boys and when I had my baby girl, it just re-changed my life for the third time man."

Unlike others who may have dissed West and Kim Kardashian's daughter's name, Game did the complete opposite.

"The best of luck with North West," he said. "That's a dope a-- f--cking name."

His feelings might stem from the fact that his own daughter also has a unique name. In 2010, he welcomed a baby girl who he named Cali Dream.

"I think it's right up there with North West," the Compton native joked. "Keep getting creative with these kid's names."

The Game, whose real name is Jayceon Terrell Taylor, also named his boys unique names, as well. The eldest is Harlem Caron and the youngest is King Justice.

Kim's brother Robert Kardashian also praised her baby's name.

"North West, it sounds cool," he told Ryan Seacrest on his radio show on Wednesday. "[And] North is the highest point, so it has a lot of meaning to it."

He also advised the celebrity couple to ignore those who will bash their newborn's name.

"I told Kim and Kanye this, I'm like, 'Yo, people are always going to talk whether it's good or bad. There's always going to be the haters, but do what you guys feel,'" he said.

Their mother also defended the name when she visited The View in June.

"I love the name North. I'm pro-North, absolutely," Kris Jenner said. "The way [Kim] explained it to me, north means highest power, and North is their highest point together. I thought that was really sweet."
