John Cena will do whatever it takes to make things work with Nikki Bella. The WWE Superstar is even willing to reverse his vasectomy.

A Major Change Of Heart

The midseason finale of E!'s reality show, Total Bellas, finds the couple once again discussing children. Cena's unwillingness to make Bella a mother was a major bone of contention throughout their lengthy relationship.

He tells Bella that he's unsure whether that's really the issue, though, or if she's simply fallen out of love with him. The 34-year-old makes it very clear that she's still very much in love with Cena and willing to marry him. As a result, he tells her he's ready to make the ultimate sacrifice for her.

"I physically can't have kids. I'm also telling you that I'm willing to have surgery and then still go through with being a dad," the 41-year-old admitted on Sunday's emotional episode.

After a shocked Bella asked him if he was sure about such a life-changing decision, Cena confirmed he wouldn't say so otherwise.

"Just tell me you love me and that you'll marry me," he said.

Bella cried out that the Blockers star was going to be the most amazing father, and the two sealed the moment with a kiss.

However, the season is only halfway done, and fans following the ongoing saga between the two wrestlers know that it doesn't end well for the couple.

PEOPLE confirmed that, towards the end of the season, Bella starts questioning whether she should go ahead with the wedding due to deeper issues in their relationship.

Are They Or Aren't They?

Bella called things off just last month, mere weeks before the two were due to walk down the aisle at their destination wedding. Sources close to Bella confirmed at the time that she couldn't marry Cena due to their differing stances on marriage and children.

Insiders also claimed Bella felt that Cena was only marrying her out of pity, and she deserved better.

However, according to several outlets, the couple have since rekindled their romance. Neither Bella nor Cena has publicly confirmed such, but both made separate, public pleas in the wake of their shock split.

The Blockers star even appeared on Today to announce he was willing to go the distance and start a family with Bella, something he'd sworn he would never do.

The two got engaged at Wrestlemania last year, in front of thousands of fans, following a long-running story-line on WWE, as well as on Total Bellas, surrounding Cena's unwillingness to marry Bella.

Bella's twin sister, and fellow wrestler, Brie Bella, previously confirmed that the two were likely to get back together because of how much they loved each other.
