In the upcoming episode of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, tempers flare as the cast heads off on a healing retreat to Lake George.

With rumors swirling that Teresa Giudice is spreading cheating rumors about her brother Joe Gorga and his wife Melissa, the couples' emotions run high.

In a preview clip, Melissa is on her knees pleading with Teresa to leave her family alone.

Teresa then accuses her brother Joe Gorga of not sticking up for her and their family, to which he calls her "scum."

When Teresa's husband Joe Giudice hears the rumblings, he confronts his brother-in-law.

"Joe Gorga charged at Joe Giudice, and Joe Giudice put him in a choke hold," a source told Celebuzz.

"Joe Gorga got behind Joe Giudice and had him in a bear-hug -- but not the affectionate kind," said the insider. "Joe Giudice punched Joe Gorga in the side, twice. Teresa was there, but she left the room mid-fight."

The fight comes after years of tension between the two families.
