During tonight's episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Kim Kardashian's pregnancy puts her in the spotlight and not everyone revels in the joyous occasion for the second week in a row.

Kourtney Kardashian throws a fit when her boyfriend Scott Disick gives Kim more attention than he did when she was pregnant. The couple have two children, Mason, 3, and Penelope, 1.

In the teaser below, Disick joins Kim's mother, Kris Jenner, and sisters Khloe Kardashian, Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner in helping Kim prepare her nursery for baby North West. Kourtney looks on and sarcastically tells Disick, "I love how you don't do this at our house."

While everyone is in shock over Kourtney's comment, Kris defends Disick -- but Kourtney tells Kris to stay out of it. The Kardashian matriarch fires back, "You gonna get mad at me because I'm giving advice? You had 100 nannies!"

Kourtney shockingly hurls an expletive at their mother and storms out of the room.

Kourtney was also jealous when she learned that Disick took Kim out for lunch. During their chat, he tells the 32-year-old that she needs to lighten her mood and "live it up" after she shares that being pregnant makes her feel miserable.

In another clip, Kris is driving with Kim in the passenger seat and also tries to cheer her second oldest daughter up and reveals that after she gave birth to one of her children, her desire for sex increased. Kim replies, "That's disgusting."

In last week's episode, Khloe was jealous over the attention Kourtney gave Kim during a shopping trip for baby clothes. After she tries to get Kourtney and Kim's attention as they select baby outfits, Khloe tells them she hates when they ignore her. The envy inspires Kris to take Khloe out for a night of drinking at a Mexican restaurant. After a few too many drinks, they pull a prank and decorate the inside and outside of Kim's home with toilet paper.

The seventh episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians Season 8 will air on Sunday, July 14 at 8 p.m. EST/7 Central.
