The highly anticipated 2013 San Diego Comic-Con International begins on Thursday, July 18 and Enstars will provide the free live stream of celebrity and comic book expert panels for fans who cannot attend the convention.

(The panels held at the annual event today can be streamed via a computer, tablet or mobile phone.)

Thursday's live stream includes a panel featuring Robert Kirkman, one of original comic book creators of The Walking Dead, and another starring Guns N' Roses front man Slash who will field questions solo. Parks and Recreation star Aubrey Plaza and Rachel Bilson formerly of The O.C. will sit together to discuss The To Do List, a new CBS comedy they appear in together. The series' director Megan Marie will join them for the chat to promote the show.

British actor Matt Smith will star solo at one panel to discuss BBC's hit Doctor Who. It may be the last chance for his fans to speak to him about the show, since he recently announced he will not return next season to BBC's series.

The convention also has awards ceremonies, a Masquerade costume contest and the Comic-Con International Independent Film Festival.
