Andy Cohen sent fans into a tailspin when he was spotted wearing what looked to be an engagement ring. But the Watch What Happens Live host set the record straight about his accessory.

On the latest episode of @sk Andy, Cohen said: "It's actually several rings kind of combined."

And nope, he's not engaged.

"I bought myself a present," Cohen revealed. "If I'm not going to buy me a present, who's going to buy me a present?"

Next month, veteran talk show host Oprah Winfrey will sit down with Cohen for the first time on Watch What Happens Live. The episode is set to air on Thursday, Aug. 15, Us Weekly revealed.

She will appear on the show to chat about her role in Lee Daniels' The Butler.
