Brandi Glanville has made bombshell allegations against Andy Cohen amid the lewd incident accusations she faces from a fellow "housewife."

In a legal letter from her lawyers obtained by Page Six, the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" alum alleged that the Bravo host sexually harassed her in 2022 while he was "inebriated."

The letter, which was sent to NBCUniversal, Shed Media, and Warner Bros., claimed that Cohen sent the 51-year-old reality star a video in which he allegedly "boasted" that he plans on sleeping with another Bravo star while "thinking" of Glanville.

The "Watch What Happens Live" host then allegedly asked Glanville to watch him and the Bravo star have sex via FaceTime.

Glanville's lawyers noted that Cohen was her boss at the time of the alleged incident and "exercised complete and total control over her career."

Described as an "extraordinary abuse of power," the alleged incident left Glanville feeling "trapped" and "disgusted," her lawyers claimed in the letter.

"It is inconceivable that Mr. Cohen remains in his post in spite of this behavior and harkens back to the bad old days of Matt Lauer and NBC News when profits were prioritized over people," the letter read.

Lauer was fired from NBC's "Today" show in 2017 after a female colleague accused him of inappropriate sexual behavior.

After the letter made headlines, Cohen took to X, formerly Twitter, to address Glanville's accusations.

He appeared to admit that he sent Glanville a video but claimed that it was merely a joke.

"The video shows Kate Chastain and I very clearly joking to Brandi. It was absolutely meant in jest, and Brandi's response clearly communicated she was in on the joke. That said, it was totally inappropriate and I apologize," Cohen wrote.

In the legal letter, Glanville also addressed allegations that she was involved in two lewd incidents during the filming of "Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip" in January.

Glanville was accused of showing inappropriate behavior toward co-star Caroline Manzo and making a sexual comment to a show producer, Page Six reported.

The alleged incidents reportedly led to Glanville being removed from "Ultimate Girls Trip" and sent home to the U.S. from the show's Morocco taping.

However, Glanville claimed in her letter that her interaction with Manzo was consensual and that all the cast members joined in the "debauchery" after being told to "make good TV."

Glanville described the allegations as a "false narrative" that "NBC and Shed Media have apparently decided to foment."

"While the experience has been a nightmare for Ms. Glanville, it is far from the first time Ms. Glanville has been used and abused by NBC, Bravo, Warner Bros., and Shed Media. Indeed, Ms. Glanville has long been taken advantage of by the institutions with which she is indelibly tied personally, professionally, financially, and in the public mind," the letter read, according to TMZ.

Glanville's lawyers said the reality star is prepared to sue Bravo's parent company and others over the accusations against her.

NBCUniversal, Shed Media, and Warner Bros. have not publicly addressed Glanville's letter.
