Former talk show host and media mogul Oprah Winfrey will make her first guest appearance sitting down with Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live on Thursday, Aug. 15, Us Weekly reported Monday.

Winfrey, 59, will be on the opposite side of the interview as Cohen asks her tough questions and talks about her role in the upcoming film Lee Daniels' The Butler. Previous guests on the Bravo show include Martha Stewart and Nick Lachey and T.I. Cohen. Cohen had Adam Brody and Debi Mazar on his Tuesday show. Winfrey's own talk show, The Oprah Winfrey Show, aired its final episode in 2011 after being on television since 1986.

Winfrey will appear on Live one day before The Butler is set to release in theaters. The film, also starring Forest Whitaker, James Marsden and Liv Schreiber, is about a an African-American (Whitaker) who notable events of the 20th century during his tenure as a White House butler. 

Winfrey will also be make another return to the talk show circuit as a guest on David Letterman's late-night show on Aug. 1, only the second time she has been on the show since her initial appearance eight years ago.

Watch What Happens: Live airs every Sunday through Thursday at 11 p.m. ET on Bravo. The Butler, inspired by a true story, also stars Robin Williams, Minka Kelly, John Cusack, Alan Rickman, Jane Fonda and Cuba Gooding Jr.
