According to Daily Mail UK, the social media star took to her Instagram to share a sweet snap with her boyfriend.
Sofia can be seen sharing a kiss with Grainge as she wore a pair of black Prada Sunglasses, diamond earrings, and a black wool jacket.
The two photos were only captioned with falling leaves emoji, but Nicole added a cheeky comment, writing "Omg! Hornies." (check out the photo below)
