Following a very long workday, Mariah Carey had a little trouble getting through the taping of a promotional video for her song #Beautiful.

"After 14 hours I literally 'can't even know what to say' #bloopers #whyisit5am lol," she wrote on Twitter with the link to the YouTube clip on Monday showing her messing up on set.

Carey attempts to promote the music video for her song #Beautiful but struggles through several takes. In the midst of the promotion, she warned someone in the room to never spill coffee on her sofa and asked for a good audio editor. Her fans found the video comical and tweeted their amusement.

"Oh my god I am snorting out loud at that. "The abuse I endure" and "rancidity at its peak" hahaha Queen," wrote one fan.

"You have the most genuine sense of humor!!! LYM!!!" tweeted another.

#Beautiful is the lead single off Carey's upcoming album, The Art of Letting Go. The ballad, which premiered in May, peaked at No. 15 on Billboard. Carey originally announced that her next record would be released on July 23 but then quickly postponed it.

"While making this album, I got so immersed in the creative process that I just don't feel I would be doing it justice to release it on 7/23," she tweeted in June. "I'd rather not exclude meaningful songs. I want to give you this album as it's meant to be heard. When I'm ready, you'll be the first 2 know!"

Carey is still putting the album together and she has been in the studio with Bryan Michael Cox, Big Jim Wright, Hit-Boy, The-Dream, Mike Will Made It, Young Jeezy and Rodney Jerkins. When she discussed the album with Billboard in March, the mother-of-two said the record would feature many ballads. She also said she "tried to keep the soul and heart" in the record.
