Ashley Olsen Almost Got Involved in Johnny Depp, Amber Heard Trial -- Here's Why

Ashely Olsen is one individual who isn't anticipated or expected to be dragged in the Johnny Depp vs. Amber Heard trial and drama. 

The other half of the famous Olsen Twins was reportedly secretly seeing the "Pirates of the Caribbean" star while they were still married, according to Heard's testimony. 

She alleged Depp cheated on her immediately during and after their marriage, describing an unnamed "woman" as someone with whom he had a "on and off" relationship with. This instantly sparked speculation that she was alluding to Olsen. 

Because of the intense drama in the trial and with many witnesses being called to the stand, Olsen was apparently "nervous" about having to testify.

Ashley Olsen and her twin sister Mary-Kate, according to a source who talked to Star magazine (via OK magazine), take their privacy extremely seriously. 

"Ashley has been worried about being summoned to the stand during Johnny's trial. Being pulled into this situation is a complete nightmare." 

Depp and Olsen were said to have "huge chemistry," with the "Edward Scissorhands" star frequently attending Olsen's downtown New York City loft parties. 

At the time, the 58-year-old actor was also known as "the ultimate party boy." 

According to the source, Olsen admired Depp because he was "an older bad guy, movie star, and musician." 

When the circumstances permitted, Depp was said to slip over to the fashion designer's residence. 

Their supposed relationship, however, did not endure long since neither of them desired to be exclusive. 

Heard is said to have met Olsen, but there was no drama between the three of them.

Did Johnny Depp and Ashley Olsen Hook Up? 

Johnny Depp was reportedly seen making a quick getaway from an office building linked to Ashley Olsen's apartment complex in 2014. 

According to the article by In Touch Weekly at the time, an email circulated alleging that Depp was using their building to evade the press after having a sleep party with Olsen. 

"It was peaceful in her flat, as if it were just the two of them. It didn't appear to be a casual visit between pals." 

Amber Heard met Johnny Depp while filming "The Rum Diaries" in 2009. 

Depp and his then-wife of 14 years, Vanessa Paradis, divorced in 2012; it was previously speculated that Johnny and Heard met around this time. 

Heard and Depp married in 2015, and their divorce was finalized in 2017.
