What happened to Ryan Seacrest's businesses?

According to The Sun, the "American Idol" host has quietly ended his men's skin care.

Seacrest launched his products under "Polished" in 2019, with expertise and guidance from Beverly Hills dermatologist Dr. Harold Lancer.

Seacrest and Lancer even appeared in several picture ads for the line with the website boasting, "It's designed by men with high standards for men with high standards."

The website also mentioned that the brand started after their 10-year friendship blossomed, out of their long-time patient-doctor relationship. They aimed to create a high-quality and science-driven skincare line.

But it seems like Polished has ended - but what could be its future?

An insider revealed to the outlet that Polished has been discontinued in the last year.

However, Lancer is reportedly going to relaunch a series of new products later this year and some of them are already sold on Amazon.

But is Ryan Seacrest still part of this venture?

The source told The Sun, "I do not believe so," with the same answer when asked if the radio host would also promote his friend's products.

This comes after there have been sexual allegations against him, with the CEO of marketing and strategy agency Hollywood Branded telling The Hollywood Reporter that his brands were at the crossfire at that time because of the allegations "and customers are looking at them in a different light."

"At the moment, the focus on sexual misconduct - regardless of its truth - is still too much in the headlines to not have an impact on his brand."

Seacrest denied the claims of sexual harassment from a former stylist, Suzie Hardy, where she claimed the host "grabbed her crotch" multiple times and rubbed his "erect p---s" against her.

Variety reported at the time that the stylist claims he was sexually harassed by Seacrest from 2007, for six years.

Ryan Seacrest denied the claims, saying in a statement, "I dispute these reckless allegations and I plan to cooperate with any corporate inquiries that may result."
