Reality star Kim Kardashian questions herself amidst online backlash from her misunderstood business advice.

The "Keeping up with the Kardashians" family is certainly no stranger to drama and backlash. In a past interview with Variety, the 41-year-old reality star shared controversial advice to women in business that continue to gain backlash up to this day.

"I have the best advice for women in business. Get your f-ing ass up and work." Kim stated in an interview with Variety. "It seems like nobody wants to work these days. You have to surround yourself with people that wanna work. Have a good work environment where everyone loves what they do, because you have one life. No toxic work environments."

Kim 'Not Built' for Drama Anymore?

In this week's episode of "The Kardashians", the "Skims" founder got vulnerable amidst the online backlash and regret she feels from her past advice despite her public apology.

In a conversation with the Kardashian family, Kris reminded Kim on the phone that the public had misunderstood her words, while Khloe went on to give Kim a pep talk to remind her that they are built for this drama.

"No. It won't end until, I don't even want to say, until we end. It will never end, babe. But guess what? We are built for this." Khloe told Kim, to which the latter responded, "I don't know if I am anymore."

However, Kim, later on, got vulnerable during her lunch with sisters Khloe Kardashian and Kendall Jenner, as she went on to elaborate on her defeated feelings, "It's exhausting. Today I am just exhausted."

Kim Already Publicly Apologized

Fans have taken to social media to express their disapproval of her "insensitive words" as a privileged public figure. However, Kim Kardashian has issued a public apology following her controversial statement during a preview of "The Kardashians".

"It wasn't a blanket statement towards women or to feel like I don't respect the work or think that they don't work hard. I know that they do," Kim explained. "It was taken out of context, but I'm really sorry if it was received that way."

The reality show "The Kardashians" is available to stream new episodes every Thursday on Hulu.
