Travis Kelce is being called out by fans for his underwhelming performance at the recent Kansas City Chiefs games, with some suggesting that he could no longer perform at his best without Taylor Swift in the stands.

While the Chiefs won against the Miami Dolphins, 21-14, in Germany on Sunday, the tight end recorded just three catches on four targets for 14 yards, much lower than his usual standards.

This followed a defeat at the hands of the Denver Broncos at Empower Field at Mile High in Denver on Oct. 29.

Swift did not attend both games. But she was present at four of the Chiefs' previous games, all of which resulted in wins, as pointed out by USA Today.

In the Chiefs' Oct. 22 win against the Los Angeles Chargers, which Swift attended, Kelce had 12 passes for 179 yards and a touchdown.

Betting site BetMGM also pointed out in a tweet that Kelce averaged 108 yards per game during matches that Swift watched in-person since their relationship was rumored to begin earlier in the 2023 NFL season. However, he averaged only 41 yards per game when she was not around.

This coincidence led some fans to suggest that Kelce could no longer win games without the pop superstar in attendance.

"Let me find out Travis Kelce can't perform without Taylor Swift there," one fan wrote on X, formerly Twitter.

"Travis Kelce lowkey might be a-- without Taylor Swift," another commented. "Side note that man will NEVER be [Rob] Gronk[owski]."

"I bet Taylor Swift's next song is either going to be entitled incompetence or inconsistency, because that is describing Travis Kelce's football season without her at a game," a third user joked.

"Does anyone know if Taylor Swift will/could still get to Germany to support Travis Kelce?" a fourth person tweeted.

"We need a live stream of Taylor cheering at home in front of the big screen!" another wrote.

Fans were apparently not the only ones to notice the improvement in Kelce's performance in Swift's presence.

Chiefs head coach Andy Reid declared after his team's 31-17 victory over the Chargers on Oct. 22: "Taylor can stay around all she wants."

While her new beau was in Germany, Swift was seen having dinner with pals Selena Gomez, Sophie Turner, Gigi Hadid, Cara Delevingne and Brittany Mahomes in New York City.

Footage obtained by Page Six showed the group leaving the sushi restaurant Bond Street Saturday night.

Swift is set to resume her "Eras Tour" in Argentina on Thursday, which means she may not be able to show up at another Chiefs game this month.

This comes as Kelce was asked about his relationship with Swift during a press conference in Frankfurt, Germany, on Friday.

According to ESPN's Jeff Darlington, one reporter asked Kelce, "What is the latest status and are you in love?"

In a video shared by the "El Capologist Podcast" on X, the football star responded with a smile, "The latest status is I got to see her last week. That's the latest status right there."

When the reporter pressed him on whether or not he was in love, Kelce, still smiling, answered, "I'm going to keep my personal relationship personal."
