American YouTuber MrBeast reportedly suffered "mental agony" and broke down in tears several times when he did his most recent stunt -- being buried alive for seven days.

On Sunday, the popular YouTuber with over 213 million subscribers uploaded his new video titled "I Spent 7 Days Buried Alive." It has since gained over 68 million views on the social media platform and is currently at No. 4 on YouTube's trending videos.

In the video, MrBeast documented his seven-day journey of being buried alive under 20,000 pounds of dirt. "This is the scariest thing I've ever done," he shared. "I'm entrusting my life to this coffin for the next seven days. Let's pray it doesn't just randomly decide to break."

Fortunately, the 25-year-old YouTuber successfully finished the challenge. The coffin he was in was complete with cameras and supplies to keep him safe. His staff and crew were also nearby in an RV closely monitoring how he's doing underground.

However, on the fifth day of being buried alive, MrBeast said, "I honestly have no idea how I'm going to survive two more days of this. I'm going downhill quickly."

"I'm doing my best to talk to you guys for content but to be honest, I have like zero desire to speak. I just want to get out of here," he said on the sixth day and started experiencing mental agony.

Seeing this, his boys thought of finding a way to cheer him up. Nolan brought his parents and made them talk to MrBeast over the walkie-talkie to entertain him.

Before he slept through his last night inside the coffin, MrBeast said, "I'm about to go to bed, and hopefully, when I open these eyes in the morning, someone is digging me out of this coffin."

After that, he started tearing up and confessed, "I don't think I've ever been more excited for anything in my entire life. I can't wait to see the sunlight tomorrow."

When the sunlight started peeking through while the excavator dug through the ground, the YouTuber -- whose real name is James Stephen "Jimmy" Donaldson -- got emotional again.

"After seven days, I was finally able to celebrate 200 million subscribers, the right way," he said as he ended his video.
