Another tragedy has struck Taylor Swift's loyal fanbase.

A 16-year-old fan named Mieka Pokarier was killed in a two-vehicle crash while she, her sister, and their mother were on their way to attend the pop superstar's "Eras Tour" concert in Melbourne, Australia, 7News reported.

The heartbreaking accident occurred on Thursday in the New South Wales region.

The collision, described as a head-on crash, involved the SUV driven by Mieka's mother and a semi-trailer. Page Six shared photos from the scene.

Mieka, who was seated in the front passenger seat at the time of the incident, was pronounced dead at the scene, The Australian reported.

Her 10-year-old sister, Freya Pokarier, who was in the back seat, was rushed to Westmead Hospital in Sydney in critical condition and placed in an induced coma.

Their mother was taken to Dubbo Hospital in stable condition with minor injuries.

The driver of the semi-truck was also in stable condition and transported to Dubbo Hospital.

Mieka and Frey's godmother, Karleigh Fox, confirmed Mieka's tragic death via a GoFundMe page, sharing that the road trip that was supposed to be a concert-filled adventure had turned into a devastating event for the family.

"This was supposed to be a road trip of a lifetime with them going to concerts in both Melbourne and Sydney," Fox wrote on the fundraising platform.

Mieka's father, Peter Pokarier, shared his grief on Facebook Friday, writing, "My family and what I live for ... I'm devastated!"

In the wake of the tragedy, the family has received an outpouring of support through generous donations on the GoFundMe page, surpassing 64,000 Australian dollars ($42,000).

Swift has not issued a statement regarding Mieka's tragic death as of this writing.

New South Wales police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the accident.

This follows another tragedy in November 2023 when a 23-year-old fan died due to extreme heat at one of Swift's "Eras Tour" shows in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Ana Clara Benevides collapsed at the concert after waiting hours in scorching temperatures.

Expressing her grief on social media after the show, Swift wrote, "I feel this loss deeply and my broken heart goes out to her family and friends. This is the last thing I ever thought would happen when we decided to bring this tour to Brazil."

The "Cruel Summer" hitmaker also extended her condolences to Benevides' family in person at another one of her shows.

In April 2023, a fan named Jacob Lewis also died after attending Swift's concert in Houston, Texas.

Lewis was hit by a drunk driver while attempting to help his sister with car troubles after the concert.

The driver, identified by police as 34-year-old Alan Hayes, was arrested and charged with a DWI, failure to stop and render aid, and felony murder in connection with the incident, Billboard reported.

After learning of his death, Swifties rallied in support of Lewis, raising more than $140,000 for a GoFundMe in his name.
