"Home Alone" co-stars and real-life brothers Kieran and Macaulay Culkin are headed for a small screen reunion.

The cousins in "Home Alone" and their other real-life brothers -- Rory, Christian and Shane -- will lend their voices to an episode of Kieran's upcoming animated series "The Second Best Hospital in the Galaxy," which will premiere on Prime Video this week.

This marks the five brothers' first onscreen project together.

In an exclusive preview released by Entertainment Weekly, empath Dr. Plowp's (Kieran) co-doctor Dr. Sleech (Stephanie Hsu) walks into a room where her colleague and his brothers (Kieran's real-life brothers) are in celebratory mode.

Surprised by the presence of Dr. Plowp's siblings, she says as she enters the room, "Is this a sex dream or a sex nightmare?"

"Why not both? These are my brothers," Dr. Plowp responds.

One by one, his brothers ask Dr. Sleech questions, showing their interest in her emotional state.

"We can feel your deep sadness. Is it due to the patient you lost?" says one of the brothers.

After an overwhelming exchange of gifts, feelings and "digestive salivas," Dr. Sleech runs away from the celebration of her developing relationship with Dr. Plowp and slips down a garbage chute, as seen in the clip.

This may be the first time viewers will see all five Culkin brothers working together on one show, but they are not strangers to working together in general.

As mentioned, Kieran and Macaulay previously worked together in the "Home Alone" movies. The latter took the role of Kevin McCallister, while his younger brother played the role of Fuller McCallister, Kevin's youngest cousin in the film.

Meanwhile, Rory, the youngest Culkin, played the younger versions of his older brothers Macaulay and Kieran in the movies "Richie Rich" and "Igby Goes Down" in 1994 and 2002, respectively. Rory also starred in the 1993 horror film "The Good Son" with Macaulay.

Interestingly, the Culkin brothers' onscreen reunion as alien doctors in "The Second Best Hospital in the Galaxy" also marks Christian and Shane's return to acting.

Christian and Shane only have one acting credit each, in the 1994 film "My Summer Story" and the 1998 Broadway revival "Our Town," respectively.

All eight episodes of "The Second Best Hospital in the Galaxy's" first season will premiere on Prime Video on Friday.
