Holly Madison is reportedly producing and starring in her own Las Vegas show.

The former Girls Next Door star headlined Peepshow at Planet Hollywood, performing her last show on Oct. 21, 2012

"She is so excited," the source told Us Weekly. "It would be a live stage show she'd write and star in herself."

"She's still in talks with producers about details, but the show is definitely in the works," the source adds. "Holly is thrilled!"

Hugh Hefner's former girlfriend has been keeping busy. She has been taking care of daughter Rainbow Aurora, 5 months, and planning her wedding to event planner Pasquale Rotella.

Despite a criminal case that could put her fiance away for more than 13 years, Madison is busy planning their nuptials.

Rotella, founder of electronic music festival provider Insomniac Events, was in a Los Angeles court on Monday for a pretrial hearing in the case accusing him of bribery, embezzlement, conspiracy and conflict of interest. Prosecutors contend that Rotella used more than $2.5 million in funds from the Los Angeles Memorial Colisuem, where his company hosted raves, to bribe city officials, according to UK's Daily Mail.

“She’s in denial over the whole thing,” an insider told RadarOnline. “She seems determined not to show the stress of Pasquale’s legal problems at all. It’s like she thinks if she ignores it, it’ll go away.”

The couple went on a nightlife tour of Europe a the week before his latest court date, stopping to party in London, Paris, Ibiza and Fomentera.
