It was a special date night for these celebs who showed their love and affection at the 2024 CMT Music Awards!

On Sunday, the 23rd edition of the awards ceremony was held at the Moody Center in Austin, Texas. Kelsea Ballerini returned as host of the ceremony, but not before they celebrity couples packed on the PDA on the red carpet.

JELLY ROLL AND BUNNIE XO

The singer, who performed "Halfway to Hell" at the ceremony, was nominated for three awards. The 39-year-old and his wife Bunnie XO walked the red carpet together sharing kisses along the way. 

DEVLIN "DUCK" HODGES AND LAINEY WILSON

The former Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback attended the event with his girlfriend Lainey. The pair, who wore matching black cowboy boots and smiles, have been together since 2021. They made their red carpet debut at last year's CMT Awards.

JETT AND CAMPBELL PUCKETT

TikTok stars Campbell "Pookie" Puckett and Jett Puckett made their red carpet debut at the 2024 CMT Music Awards! 

 "I was amazed at the energy level when we got out of the car," Jett told E! "It was a sight to see. I was blown away. I did not know what to expect," Campbell added. 

"It definitely set the tone for the night," Jett said. "Quite the Sunday date night." 

GEORGE BIRGE AND KARA LEE BIRGE

George and Kara walked the red carpet in style, taking pictures together holding each other closely. 

"We met in college and it was no secret that she was out of my league," George told ABC Audio. "I think we were probably less than a month in before I told her I loved her for the first time." They are the parents of two kids.   

CHASE STOKES AND KELSEA BALLERINI

This year's awards show host, Kelsea Ballerini —who helmed the cerermony for the fourth year in a row — walked the red carpet with her boyfriend Chase. The singer-songwriter has been dating the 'Outer Banks' star for more than a year. 

Between smiling pictures, the happy couple held hands and shared a smooch.
