According to court documents obtained by PEOPLE on Wednesday, Dewan submitted her initial witness list, which notably included both her and Tatum's names. Per the filing, Dewan is seeking testimony from both herself and Tatum, 43, to cover all aspects concerning their marriage, including matters related to business and finances.

In legal papers obtained by PEOPLE, filed by Tatum's legal representatives, the actor lists Dewan and Kazee, 48, as witnesses. Kazee is anticipated to provide testimony concerning his cohabitation with Dewan, joint expenses, and related subjects.

The former couple's next hearing is scheduled for April 12. Court documents outline the primary matters for trial, which include property division, reimbursement claims, support, breach of fiduciary duty, and attorneys' fees.
