Kristen Stewart will reportedly attend college to pursue a degree at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) on the heels of her May split with Robert Pattinson.

Britain's Mirror reported on Tuesday that sources close to Stewart revealed that she has already enrolled to study English Literature. She will take her courses online full-time while continuing to make movies.

"Yes, Kristen's a Tinseltown actress worth millions but she is already considering a life after film," the source told Mirror. "She never got to complete college and she wants to get a proper education."

Stewart is following in the footsteps of other A-list actors that pursued a college degree while maintaining a career in Hollywood.

James Franco, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen and Dakota Fanning have all attended New York University. Natalie Portman and Jodie Foster also went to college after a career as a child star.

Huffington Post reported in June that former Harry Potter star Emma Watson will return to college this fall. The  Bling Ring actress told Rookie magazine in May that she likes having the option of designing her major at the Ivy League school.

"I could take independent studies if I wanted to on subjects that weren't necessarily in the curriculum," Watson said. "I did an independent study on the psychology."
