Sean Lowe's Fiance Catherine Giudice Reacts to Miley Cyrus MTV VMA 2013 Outfit, Thought it Was a Wardrobe Malfunction

Sean Lowe's fiance' Catherine Giudice thought Miley Cyrus had a wardrobe malfunction when the singer stripped down to a nude latex bikini outfit on Sunday at the 2013 Video Music Awards

The Bachelor season 17 winner was referring to the outfit Cyrus wore during her on-stage performance of Blurred Lines with Robin Thicke at the live televised event.

Giudici wrote on Twitter: "Just spent time googling pics of Miley's butt before the VMA sitch to prove to Sean it was partly a wardrobe issue."

She also admitted that she realized she was wrong about the outfit, adding, "I was mistaken."

Cyrus' performance included the 20-year-old twerking, grinding and rubbing the foam hand glove she was wearing into Thicke, 36. The We Can't Stop singer also grabbed the bottom of a well-endowed woman and pranced around the stage with her tongue sticking out.

Rihanna and One Direction, who sat in the audience during the performance, had a priceless reaction to Cyrus' antics filled with adult-size stuffed teddy bears. The singers were filmed by MTV's audience cameras with blank expressions on their faces.

Adam Lambert blasted the criticism Cyrus received Aug. 25 Twitter:  "Listen if it wasn't ur cup of tea--- all good but why is everyone spazzing? Hey - she's doin something right. We all talkin." 

Sean Lowe and Catherine Giuidici Wedding Details, 'The Bachelor' 2013 Couple Share Preferences for Nuptials

Giudice and Lowe announced earlier in August on The Bachelorette Finale: After The Rose that they are still getting married and will have a televised wedding. The couple also told People magazine in a recent interview that they are looking at a time frame of around "in or after sping 2014."

Lowe said they are still undecided about the location for their upcoming nuptials. The couple live together in Los Angeles.

"We've said L.A. from the beginning, but now there's possibly another place in the mix," Lowe told the magazine. "Right now we're just doing things like, 'What is the guest list going to look like? We haven't discussed some of the finer details, but we're discussing some of the broader details."
