Lamar Odom and his ex girlfriend Liza Morales will face each other in a child support battle in Manhattan this month.

The New York Post reported that Odom, who has two kids with Morales will meet on Sept. 12 before Manhattan Supreme Court Justice, Matthew Cooper.

Morales, Odom's high school sweetheart from Christ The King high school in Queens, NY is requesting an increase in monthly support from $10,000 to $25,000.

The NBA champ's attorney, Robert Michaels said the trial date has been indefinitely postponed, though the reasons are unrelated to Odom's reported drug addiction.

However, The Post noted that the proceeding is still on the court's September calendar.

A source said that she was with Odom when he was released from jail after being arrested Friday night.

"Lamar arrived first in a taxi and then Khloé arrived an hour later. She was driving herself, alone in the car. They both wore matching oversized black hoodies," a source said.
