Porn star Farrah Abraham made time in her busy schedule to get her fifth plastic surgery on Monday.

Abraham has had multiple procedures performed in the last three years, including breast implants in 2010, a nose job and chin implant in October 2013 and another boob job this past May.

Most recently, the reality star and mother removed her chin implant.

"Yes, it's true," Dr. Michael Salzhaue of Bal Harbour Plastic Surgery, the surgeon who performed the procedure, told Radar Online. "We had been emailing back and forth that she was uncomfortable with the size of the chin implant. It was the smallest implant they make, so she just wanted to take it out."

Abraham hopped on a plane to Miami on Monday for the surgery and after the 15-minute procedure, under local anesthesia, she flew back home the same day.

Dr. Salzhauer said he thought she looked great to begin with, also revealing that Abraham's parents haven't been too thrilled about their daughter's enhancements.

"She'd been getting some flack from her mom and dad," he said. "Look, a lot of times, especially when people are aware that you've had plastic surgery, people get self-conscious about it. I don't think she was unhappy, she just decided to take it out. That's one of the good things about chin implants; unlike nose jobs, they're reversible."

The doctor gushed about Abraham, insisting that she's one of his best patients.

"Farrah's a nice girl," he said. "She gets a lot of stuff, but she's not a monster. She's just a single mom trying to be famous! Farrah says she's going to do a new show and go back to school. She's doing great."
