Rumors have swirled that Teen Mom Farrah Abraham got another plastic surgery performed--which would make her sixth operation in three years!

The reality star and Backdoor Teen Mom porn star took to her Twitter account to upload a new selfie on Wednesday that revealed something different about her face. 

"#Selfie Wednesday #HappyTime :))))))))," she captioned the photo.

Reports indicated that Abraham may have had her lips injected with collagen which enhanced her lips, making them more full. 

Abraham is said to have already spent $16,000 on her face. She has had multiple procedures performed in the last three years, including breast implants in 2010, a nose job and chin implant in October 2013 and another boob job this past May.

"Yes, it's true," Dr. Michael Salzhaue of Bal Harbour Plastic Surgery, the surgeon who performed the procedure, told Radar Online after Abraham removed her chin implant earlier this month. "We had been emailing back and forth that she was uncomfortable with the size of the chin implant. It was the smallest implant they make, so she just wanted to take it out."

Meanwhile, Abraham revealed that she thinks making an adult film is actually different than being a reality star because it allowed her to connect with her fans. 

"I think having a TV show that shows your personality and your intimate life, you know, showing your best friend, and then showing having sex," she said in a recent interview.  "To me it's kind of the same thing because both things are intimate."
