New behind-the-scenes photos of Once Upon a Time may have revealed the death of one of the characters in an upcoming episode.

The photos (via BuzzSugar) were taken while Once Upon a Time filmed their tenth or eleventh episode of the season, a.k.a. the midseason finale. Many things are spoiled about upcoming storylines based on the characters featured in the photos.

The most significant plot point taken from these photos seems to be that Peter Pan (Robbie Kay) will die. Though this may not be a huge surprise considering Pan is the villain of the season and needed to be dealt with in some way, the photos seems to confirm his inevitable death.

Interestingly, Mr. Gold/Rumpelstiltskin (Robert Carlyle) is the one who kills him, stabbing him through the heart with a sword. Additionally, the characters have transported to Storybrooke, including Pan.

The entire group of people who traveled to Neverland seem to have successfully traveled back to Storybrooke, based on the photos. Emma (Jennifer Morrison), Mary Margaret/Snow (Ginnifer Goodwin), Regina (Lana Parrilla), Hook (Colin O'Donoghue) and David (Josh Dallas) all appear to have made the trip back to Storybrooke safely.

Once Upon a Time Spoilers: Mary Margaret Furious With David in Episode 7? 

This indicates that David will have survived his poisoning that occurred earlier in season 3.

Additionally, Regina seems to have fainted, based on a few photos that show her on the ground while the other characters surround her. Regina fans don't have to worry about her too much though, as she is seen getting up from the ground in other photos.
