New info is out on the upcoming episode of CBS' The Young and The Restless, as the program is set to feature Victoria gaining knowledge that there's a witness to Delia's hit-and-run, Avery thinking Nick is sleeping with Sharon, and Nikki's starting her benefit.

While at the ranch, Victor talks to Nikki about taking on the cause of veterans when she already assists several charities. The later states that she's affected by the respective stories.

Victor is informed that there's an eyewitness who's avoiding law enforcement, but saw the SUV and the very first letter of the license plate, which is G.

In the park, Dylan and Stitch speak about Sullivan and Afghanistan. Stitch asks if Dylan will be going to Nikki's benefit. Dylan says he'll be busy taking care of the payroll.

Meanwhile, Avery hears Nick informing Sharon that he found her bracelet in his blanket this morning. Sharon insists to Avery that they haven't been sleeping together.

At the penthouse, Chelsea speaks to Adam about helping Chloe and Billy through locating the driver.

While home alone, Billy puts up a message on an online forum asking how he can make the hit-and-run driver who's responsible for his daughter's death pay the price for his crime. After receiving a response from someone talking about getting his own retribution, Billy gets a gun out of his closet.

Victoria speaks about Billy being on the Internet all the time. Shortly after, Adam sees Billy's post on the message forum. Turns out, Billy is at the gun range.

Neil tells Jack that he thinks Devon is too intelligent to get involved with Victor. The latter speaks to an audience about Nikki's event. Nikki soon takes the podium and thanks Victor.
