Kim Kardashian is over those rumors that she had plastic surgery performed to lose the baby weight after giving birth to North West over the summer.

The newly engaged Keeping Up With The Kardashians reality star took to Twitter address reports that her post-baby body is fake.

"I am very frustrated today seeing reports that I got surgery to lose my baby weight! This is FALSE," she wrote.

"I worked so hard to train myself to eat right & healthy, I worked out so hard & this was such a challenge for me but I did it!!! I'm so proud of my accomplishment & NO ONE will take this away from me with fake reports! Say what you want about me but I work hard and am the most disciplined person u will be meet!"

Kardashian has credited her amazing 43-pound weight loss with the Atkins diet and exercise, telling PEOPLE magazine's Nov. 4 issue that the process was far from easy.

"This was the biggest challenge of my life, and I still have some to go, but I feel so accomplished that I did this," she said.

Despite the new mom standing tall against the reports, a shocking new report in Life & Style magazine claimed that Kardashian gets fillers, stretch mark treatments and a fat-reducing ultrasound treatment on his stomach, which can cost up to $5,000.

"Kim is desperate to be sexy again," a source told the magazine. "She wants to go back to the way things were before North was both. She loves her daughter, but she loves herself and her image a lot, too.

But Kardashian's rep told HollywoodLife.com that she did not spend thousands to get her body back.

"The photos of her visiting the doctor were of her accompanying her brother who was there for tattoo removal - she was there to support him. She lost weight on the Atkins plan and exercising," the rep said.
