Brad Pitt will be turning 50 in December and reports stated that Angelina Jolie bought her fiancé a heart-shaped island worth $20 million.

However, according to E! News, Jolie didn't purchase Petra Island in New York's Lake Mahopac.

"It is not true," Donna Massaro, whose parents, Joseph and Barbara Massaro, own the Island, told the publication.

"It is still for sale. We are open to show Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt the island but they have to have lunch at my cafe first," the owner of Freight House Cafe added. "It [the house] is a labor of love and a piece of art."

The rumors swirled after a source reportedly told the British tabloid the Mirror about Jolie's fabricated birthday gift for Pitt, whose birthday is on Dec. 18.

"As soon as Angelina heard the island was on the market she arranged a viewing. She was really impressed," the source said. "The house is perfect for romantic getaways or as a family retreat. It's very private. And Angelina knows the fact the island is in the shape of a heart will mean so much to him."

It wouldn't be so far-fetched for Jolie to buy the 11-acre island, which includes a 1,200-square-foot cottage and a 5,000-square-foot main residence designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. Wright is one of Pitt's favorite architects.

"I've been doodling ideas for buildings and furniture since the early 1990s, when I first discovered [Charles Rennie] Mackintosh and Frank Lloyd Wright," Pitt told Architectural Digest in 2012. "It forever changed my life."
