Jessica Sanchez will perform Sunday at the National Memorial Day Concert to be broadcast live on PBS in Washington D.C.

Sanchez ended second on American idol's season 11 last Wednesday when Phillip Phillips was crowned the winner.

The Memorial Concert will kick off at 8 p.m. from the West Lawn of the U.S. Capitol and will feature Natalie Cole, rock band "Daughtry," country star Trace Adkins, tenor Russell Watson and the National Symphony orchestra among others.

The concert will be hosted for the seventh year by "Criminal Minds" star Joe Mantegna and "CSI: New York" actor Gary Sinise.

The concert will honor members of the military and their families. It is considered one of PBS' highest-rated programs.
