Southern Girl singer Tim McGraw and wife Faith Hill slammed rumors that their 17-year marriage is headed for divorce when they both posted photos of their Christmas celebrations on Instagram.

Hill uploaded a candid picture on Dec. 23 of her husband preparing a meal in their kitchen, which revealed a side of McGraw that fans rarely see. Wearing a white bandana, grey jogging pants and a navy blue T-shirt with a towel draped over his shoulder, he's digging his hands in a bowl and mixing what looks like dough.

She captioned the picture, "Tim making homemade chicken and dumplings yesterday at my mom and dad's...Get it baby...knead that dough!!!!!!"

McGraw also got into the festive spirit by posting a picture of his own on Christmas Eve.

A shot of a pile of cookies was captioned, "Love this time of year when all of the cookies start showing up."

McGraw previously said that his family has cooking traditions that take center stage in their Christmas festivities every year.

"My mother's maiden name is D'Agastino, so it comes from an Italian family on her side," he said. "So for Christmas Eve, we always have homemade pasts, and that's sort of a tradition that I had growing up. It's continued since I've been married, and we look forward to that every Christmas Eve."

The couple have three children together: Audrey, Maggie and Gracie.

McGraw said rumors that he is divorcing Hill is something they have faced since they first got married.

"We've been married 17 years, and since the first week we were married those things were out. We don't even think about," he explained. "The only time we ever think about it is [when we] worry about the kids. But they've been around it, too."
